4 Wisdom Classes + 4 Wisdom Consolidation Sessions, blending self-discovery, applied wisdom, peer practice, and immediate action. The objective is to equip future WCI coaches with the foundational wisdom principles, mindsets, and self-mastery needed to coach from an empowered Creator Mode, offer value with generosity, and build a scalable coaching impact with integrity.

The 4 classes are designed as a step-by-step inner-to-outer journey:

Ongoing Path to Mastery

  • CT1: Associate Wisdom Coach – Launch your business, begin coaching, gain real experience, and clock 100 coaching hours. Meet assessment criteria. 
  • CT2: Professional Wisdom Coach – Deepen your mastery, clock 500 coaching hours, meet assessment criteria and prepare for advanced credentials.
  • CT3: Master Wisdom Coach – Advanced coaching, clock 2500 coaching hours, meet assessment criteria. Step into mentorship, program creation, and leadership within the WCI ecosystem.

CT1 Certification Requirements

To receive certification as a WCI Associate Wisdom Coach: 

  • Full attendance for 5-Day in-person training
  • ≥75% 8-Week Coaching Practice Immersion 
  • 100 hours (75% paid) of peer and real-client coaching (towards CT2 requirement)
  • Submit 2 transcripts of the 2 recorded sessions (an hour each) and a written summary of each session
  • Pass written exam
  • 60 hours of total training hours

With 23 years in corporate leadership and a proven track record leading billion-dollar logistics operations, Jacqueline brings strategic clarity, business foresight, and grounded execution. Today, with years of coaching experience, she empowers professionals to pivot their careers and build coaching businesses with real results, rooted in purpose.

Kelly Tan — Co-Founder & Chief Education Officer
Kelly is a wisdom educator, master coach, and yoga teacher with 20+ years of teaching and business experience. Her personal transformation — from career blocks to creating harmonious relationships, a thriving business, and a joyful life — became the foundation of her mission: to share wisdom that works. As Senior Teacher at DCIG and Director of SCIM, she designs programs that guide individuals toward mastery, inside and out.
