At Wisdom Coaching International, ethics is not a rulebook — it is the foundation of all success.
Our Code of Ethics applies to every WCI Member: student coaches-in-training, accredited coaches, mentors, supervisors, trainers, providers, and staff. It sets the standards of conduct that ensure coaching with wisdom is always conducted with integrity, professionalism, and respect.
Why Ethics Matters in Coaching
- Wisdom in Action. True ethical conduct begins with the Creator Worldview: understanding that every action plants mental imprints that shape our future.
- Foundation for Success. Ethical choices build trust, reputation, and long-term sustainable businesses. They are the “core capital” that ensures real prosperity and impact.
- Growth Multiplier. Ethics strengthens mental clarity, compassion, and professionalism — fueling both personal and client breakthroughs.
- Client Trust. When we coach ethically, clients feel safe, respected, and empowered to succeed.
Our Core Values
Every WCI Member commits to living and coaching through our four guiding values:
- Wisdom — Growing clarity and understanding at the core.
- Compassion — Meeting clients with empathy and patience.
- Generosity — Creating value and impact through giving.
- Professionalism — Upholding standards, boundaries, and excellence.
